Now one of Boulder's most acclaimed food destinations and an ongoing incubator for emerging culinary talent.

As National Corporate Chef under Fox Restaurant Concepts, Arik led menu development, national sourcing for consistency, universal recipe documentation, BOH training systems, and on-site execution at every new opening — helping grow the brand from 5 to 12 locations over 18 months.

Brought in as a consultant and retained as Executive Chef to take a clean-food restaurant and cold-pressed juice concept from an empty shell through full buildout, menu development, local sourcing partnerships, HACCP certification, regulatory compliance for cold-press and batch fermentation, and opening operations.
